Seyma Alti has full Pilates certification from Balanced Body. With over seven years of experience teaching Pilates full-time in the fitness industry, Seyma has a lifelong interest in physical exercise, healthy living, and mindfulness movement. She is passionate about meeting like-minded individuals and learning cutting-edge exercises and techniques to inspire her clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle and feel good about themselves.
Seyma has extensive experience working with various groups, including prenatal/postnatal, dancers, athletes, and beginners, and has acquired a comprehensive knowledge set from attending several training sessions and workshops. She provides personalized training to each group, keeping their specific needs and goals in mind. Seyma is committed to continuous self-improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and practices by attending regular workshops.
